Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be sent to MCI in writing (fax, letter or
email). For cancellations received before 27 March 2009 deposits
will be refunded less €70 for administrative costs. (The cancellation
fee will be €35 if you are registering for the training course
only). After this date, no refund will be possible. A handling fee
of €30 per registration will be charged for every registration
modification received after 27 March 2009.

Certificate of Attendance
Certificates of attendance will be distributed after noon on Monday
25 May at the registration desk and through the website after the
conference. You will need your registration number (given in your
confirmation letter and on your name badge) to log on for this service.
