ECTS 2018 – Three Days to Go! Did You Write Your Abstracts? By Anna Teti

The ECTS is hImmagine2appy to welcome members to submit their best abstracts at the ECTS Congress, 26-29 May 2018, Valencia, Spain. More than 70 abstracts will be selected for oral, oral poster and snap shot presentations to the Congress and more for the ancillary programme (Allied Health Professional session, Academy sessions etc.) and for the Pre-Congress that will be held on 25 May 2018 (ECTS/ICCRH Rare Bone Diseases workshop, Working groups sessions). An exciting poster/e-poster presentation programme will be implemented, with clinical and basic/translational science poster awards to be assigned onsite based on poster presentation.

Are you a young investigator? Apply for the New Investigator, Allied Health and Travel awards (https://ectsoc.org/grants-awards-funding/grants/abstractawards/). We care about you and want to support your attendance to the exciting ECTS 2018 Congress. Networking with outstanding scientists will open the door to your scientific career path. Just come and see!

Everything is ready for our transparent abstract selection procedure. Abstracts will be evaluated by more than 170 Reviewers selected among the best scientists in the musculoskeletal research field (average 9 Reviewers/abstract). Selection will be based solely on abstract score and presentations will be allocated to the sessions according to the topic.

We want to see the best science presented at the ECTS 2018 congress. Make sure your abstracts include hard data and statistics. Make Reviewers understand that your results are solid and reproducible. Go back to the October 2017 ECTS Newsletter (https://ectsoc.org/submit-your-abstract-for-ects-2018-valencia/) and read the tips to write a successful abstract. Then submit and relax! The notification letters will be emailed to you by the end of March 2018, before the early registration deadline.

Don’t miss the ECTS 2018 Congress. See you in Valencia. We will love to welcoming you there.
