Clinical:

  • Glucocorticoid excess may perturb the bone-vascular axis by deteriorating bone quality and arterial stiffness -Coexistence of bone and vascular disturbances in patients with endogenous glucocorticoid excess. Read the article
  • Reduction of dialysate calcium concentration is safe but associated with PTH increase and consequent need for medication adjustment in dyalisis patients -A feasibility study of avoiding positive calcium balance and parathyroid hormone increase in patients on peritoneal dialysis.  Read the article
