• Explain the therapeutic rationale and emerging clinical evidence for calcilytics (e.g., encaleret) in hypoparathyroidism management.
• Apply updated clinical evidence to optimize management, including individualized treatment targets, monitoring strategies, and risk mitigation for renal and skeletaL complications.
