We are glad to announce the appointment of Bo Abrahamsen as new member of the ECTS Board of Directors and Chair of the Communications Committee.

The appointment was largely  supported by members’ votes prior to the ECTS Annual General Meeting of 26 May 2018, in Valencia.  The  members also supported the re-appointment of Barbara Obermayer-Pietsch, Gudrun Stenbeck, Carola Zillikens and Erik Fink Eriksen.

Barbara will now chair the Research Committee, while Carola , Gudrun and Erik will continue with their current role of  Chair the Policies and Consensus Committee , Secretary and Treasurer, respectively.

While we welcome Bo as new member of the Board, a special Thank You goes to Martine Cohen-Solal for her commitment to ECTS over the past years.  ECTS would also like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation and gratitude to all the candidates who took part in the elections and the members who voted.
